Paul graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1995. After a short spell in mixed practice he moved to a surgical role in a small animal hospital in Manchester, where he obtained his RCVS Certificate.

Widely involved in delivering CPD, Paul has lectured to veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses in the UK, Europe and the USA and has authored and contributed to many textbooks.

Prior to joining the Vets Now 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital in Manchester in 2016, Paul worked in the Manchester area treating both orthopaedic and soft tissue referral cases.

Paul’s clinical interests include traumatology, acute abdominal surgery and cruciate disease.
